Fairmont, MN equipment rental customers can plan a pickup at Henning Rental in Jackson, west of Fairmont on I-90. You can also arrange a tent for an outdoor gathering, check storage availability, compare Bobcat mowers or ask our repair shop about equipment you already own.
Start a tent quote with the usable space
A site that looks large enough on paper can lose usable width to doors, landscaping or parked vehicles. For a Fairmont event, measure the clear rectangle and note where guests will enter. Tell us which parts of the gathering need cover and whether you want enclosed sides.
Our high-peak tents can be arranged together in some layouts. Ask the desk to explain the joints between sections, particularly if rain cover is important. For an evening event, discuss lighting, when the site is available for setup and when the tent can come down.
Coordinating a rental with a site project
If you’re also preparing the grounds, give the desk two sets of dates: when you need the tools and when the tent site must be ready. That separates construction traffic from the event setup and helps the shop check the right equipment for each part of the work.
