If your Spencer, IA equipment rental involves a crew, plan the pickup around the work schedule. Henning Rental’s Jackson desk can check tools, machines and trailers for the dates you need. The shop also handles tents and lighting, storage units, mower sales, engine parts and equipment repairs.
One crew, several stages of work
For a Spencer concrete project, separate cutting, removal and cleanup on your list. If part of a slab will remain, describe the edge you need to preserve. If you’re taking out the whole section, give the shop its approximate thickness and explain how the pieces will leave the building.
A Makita electric breaker may be on the rental list while a blade for your own saw belongs with sales. For either, tell us about the power source, doorway widths and stairs. With those details the desk can discuss what you need for each stage before the crew starts.
Scheduling a tent around other work
For a gathering on the same property, give the desk both the event date and the time the grounds will be clear. Set aside usable tent space while crews, equipment and debris are still moving through the site.
